Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale by [Company name TBD] (“we”) of MelodyGift personalized songs: an original musical work composed from information you provide via the online quiz on votremelodie.cc.
2. Order
You place an order on votremelodie.cc by completing the quiz and paying. The order is binding once payment is confirmed. You warrant the accuracy of information provided and that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). We may refuse unlawful or infringing orders.
Cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled: each song is bespoke. If you are not satisfied, we rework it under the 30-day guarantee (section 7).
3. Prices and payment
- Personalized song: €19.50 incl. tax (MelodyGift rate).
- Express delivery (24h): +€4.95, optional at checkout.
- Keepsake box (digital): +€12.00, optional.
- 3rd verse add-on: price shown at checkout.
Prices may change; the price on the checkout page at validation applies. Payment will run via secure providers (Stripe/PayPal or equivalent) once enabled. Until then, checkout is a demo UI and charges nothing.
4. Production & timing
Standard delivery ~4 days; Express ~24 hours. Timelines are indicative from receipt of needed information.
5. Delivery
Delivery is electronic via email link. No physical shipment.
6. Revisions
Included revisions depend on your package. Substantial brief changes may require a new quote.
7. Withdrawal & refunds
Where consumer law excludes withdrawal for clearly personalized goods, that exclusion applies. We still offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: write to contact@votremelodie.cc and we will correct the song; refunds are exceptional and at our discretion.
8. IP & use
You get personal/family use rights. Commercial exploitation needs our prior written consent. Contact contact@votremelodie.cc.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Personal data
Order data is processed to create and deliver your song and for customer service. Contact: contact@votremelodie.cc.
11. Support & disputes
Contact contact@votremelodie.cc. Governing law/forum will be confirmed once the legal entity is finalized; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version at order confirmation applies.
13. Severability
If one clause is invalid, the others remain in force.
